The International Criminal Court needs fixing - Atlantic Council

NIMD (The Hague)

11.00-11.30 The National Institute for Multiparty Democracy is the Dutch institute that organizes and finances the IPOD program. IPOD is abused by the junta for it’s propaganda. It comes in handy for M7 that the local NIMD country manager Frank Rusa is a former member of the corrupt Ugandan Electoral Commission.

NIMD states they believe in dialogue, but when Betty Nambooze was almost killed in parliament they remained silent. When the dictator applied massive violence durinng the Presidential Elections, they posted the tweet below.

They never mentioned MPs Sssegirinya and Ssewanyana being tortured and locked up on fake charges, but they found it important to distribute NRM talking points.

European Commission (Brussels)

14.00-15.00 The most important decision in Europa are taken by European Commission, the cabinet of Europe. Although our friends at the European Parliament passed a motion to condemn the human rights abuses and election rigging in Uganda, the European Commission refused to follow up.

New European Commission elected by European Parliament and expected to start its five years mandate from 1 December 2019
