Although there are some members that have good recommendations; they only have 90 seconds time. Many countries are dictatorship committing human rights violations themselves, don’t expect any positive contribution from them. But there also many tiny states like Fiji, that have no clue what is going on in Uganda.

No human rights organisations, that know what is going on, are given the floor.

However, the country under review (Uganda) gets a lot of time to present their story. The dis-information is well presented, while the contributions of the members states are all over the place.

The result is a total mess.

“Send us your Gucci, not your guns”

On 19th January Robert Kyagulanyi was invited by the Italian Parliament Commission on Human Rights to explain about the atrocities that are taking place in Uganda.

The session was opened by chairwoman Laura Boldrini and she gave a short introduction. Then this video was played showing the events of the last years and outlining the military & financial aid by western countries.

In this Italian parliament session everything in Italian was translated into English, and anything English into Italian, accept for the video that was presented. This is the reason why Nico Schoonderwoerd, who manages the NUP relations in Europe, provided a short summary.

After this summary our President Bobi Wine took the floor. We have a draft version of his speech which can be found at the bottom of the article. You can watch both the summary and the President’s speech here:

Then Masuudi took the floor. Masuudi tells the story of how on 18 November 2020 he was stopped by police for wearing a red People Power T-shirt. Before he was able to answer, he was shot in the mouth. He ran away and he was shot in the shoulder again. In hospital he was told “If we ever see you in the newspaper again, we will kill you”. That’s why he had to flee Uganda. He spoke in Luganda, but an Italian comrade provided the translation into Italian for the national viewers.

After this Ugandan introduction time was reserved for questions by Italian MPs. One of them asked whether NUP has contacted the
Human Rights Programme for Global Parliamentary Organization – IPU. They take action for colleague MPs that are tortured like Ssegirinya and Sewanyana.

Finally we share with you the draft version of Bobi Wine’s speech.

My party, the National Unity Platform, is a liberal progressive party. We believe in equality and Rule of Law. We believe in freedom and social justice. All of this is absent in Uganda.

One year and four days ago, presidential elections were held in Uganda. They were more like a military operation than an election.

As you saw in the movie shown earlier, independent surveys had predicted that I had 60% of the support of Ugandans. But EU observer delegation was denied visa to enter Uganda and my own observers were chased away so Museveni’s party could commit their fraud with minimal disturbance. The Electoral Commission, of which all members have been appointed by the dictator himself, announced Museveni as the winner. All opposition parties have stated these elections were rigged. US state department & EU parliament protested saying the elections where “Neither Free nor Fair”. But the EU commission was silent and the Italian ambassador Massimiliano Mazzanti was even the first to congratulate the dictator.

The EU parliament resolution condemning the fraud was passed with a 90% majority of the votes. Ugandans are very happy to have so much support from European citizens, but it’s unfortunate that even the European democratic process is far from perfect. We think that the Italian parliament is able to pass such a resolution with even a bigger majority. It will force the European commission to listen to the wishes of European people.

As you have seen in the movie, Human Rights are consistently violated by the dictator. Just this weekend, Human Rights Watch published its annual report on Uganda. 

Let me quote:

“Security forces arbitrarily arrested and beat opposition supporters and journalists, killed protesters, and disrupted opposition rallies.”

“military police beat at least 10 journalists covering opposition presidential candidate, Robert Kyagulanyi, as he delivered a petition to the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Kampala over the abuses against his supporters”

“Security forces conducted a spate of abductions and arrests of opposition supporters, government critics, and other people”

PWhen Benito Mussolini founded fascism he was a journalist. He knew how to manipulate, to control and to attack information. The fascist MinCulPop sent ‘veline’ messages to the press, and likewise Museveni provides clear instructions for journalists. 

It has worried us a great deal that the Ugandan government’s dis-information is regarded as credible by the European delegation.  We come to this conclusion because it can be found in the response of the Italian government to the questions by Laura Boldrini.

The first piece of disinformation is that the 14 January elections were ‘largely peaceful’. This is false. Our agents were chased away from polling stations with machetes & guns, many ending up in hospital. Please read the Human Rights Watch report.

The second piece of disinformation concerns the demonstration that took place after I was arrested in Luuka. Over a 100 Ugandans, and even an unborn triplet, died. Most deaths were not even demonstrating, but randomly shot at as shown in a BBC documentary. To date No investigation has taking place into these documented random killings and no one has been been held accountable for the killings despite the amount of evidence, but the Italian government talks about ‘positive developments’.

We have noticed that the relationship between the Italian representatives and the dictatorship are extremely friendly. Why does the Italian ambassador have dinner in the officers club of the SFC, the most feared and violent security service in Uganda who are torturing the writer Kakwenza and two of my MPs, Segirinya and Sewanyana at this very moment? 

Dear Italian amici, you know from the past how it is to be ruled by a dictator. You have suffered under the authoritarian rule of Benito Mussolini for 21 years. Ugandans are suffering under the dictatorship of Yoweri Museveni for over 35 years now. Instead of recovering from almost a century of British colonialism, our country became one of the poorest countries of the world, although Uganda is rich of natural resources and very fertile. 

The idea that dictatorship brings more stability than democracy is false, you have seen how the nazi’s & fascists were happy to start the Second World War. Recently Museveni invaded Congo, without even asking the parliament for permission.

So why is it that for Africa the lie of the benevolent dictator is still alive? Why does European television never show African demonstrations for democracy, but only hungry children? Please realize that your journalists are creating a very biased view of Africa, trying to confirm European prejudices. It may sound harsh, but the western post-colonialistic approach to Africa is racist.

If there’s one dictator in the world that is ready to be taken down, it’s Museveni. He’s totally dependent on military & financial support from the West. But with our barebear hands it’s difficult to stop the Italian bullets. Sell us your Gucci, not your Guns. 

If you look up the definition of fascism, you find six conditions, like Absolute Power of the State, Rule by a dictator, and Militarism. These conditions are all met by the Museveni government; we request the EU and Italian government to impose Magnitsky sanctions against human rights violators and stop the financial and military support for an African fascist dictator. 

Museveni must stop torturing Kakwenza Rukirabashaija. Dear Ugandans, those who may not know who Mr. Kakwenza is, he is a great Ugandan novelist who is one of the critic writers of Museveni’s government. He has been perpetually arrested and badly tortured because of using the might of a pen as his great weapon in the search for change in his motherland Uganda.

Fellow Ugandans, we have to fight tooth and nail to protect people like Kakwenza and many others like him who have unequivocally stood out to boldly fight for change.  Museveni is using the most respected seat of our country to make sure that he intimidates and also humiliates freedom fighters to prevent them from fighting for their country.  So, when I read the two articles about Mr. Kakwensa that were published On 9th and 5th Jan 2022 as portrayed by the links at the end of this article, I also decided to write an article that is intended to encourage all journalists, freedom fighters, and all Ugandan citizens not to lose courage in the struggle. Let us not be intimidated by Museveni, bearing in mind that freedom of expression and the media are key tenets of democracy, and above all, it is our constitutional right.

Dear Compatriots, who are in the struggle, let us continue exposing Museveni using any means of communication not only in Uganda but also outside the country so that the entire world can get to know how dangerous vampire Museveni is. Museveni is trying his level best to silence people like Kakwenza. Despite the fact that he has faced state harassment countless times he has never lost track. My humble request is not to disappoint him. Let us, therefore, continue emulating his example. He and many of us who want a new Uganda have to be determined to work hand in hand to change the political situation in Uganda.

As I stated in the title that Mr. Kakwenza is not a criminal, of course, he is just an intellectual brave man who has his country at heart. Therefore, I want to advise bloodsucker, Museveni, that it would have been in order to imprison people like Blaise Kamugisha and those that are not mentioned but known by the public who are behind the killings of innocent Ugandans. It is said that a careless word may kindle strife, a cruel word may wreck a life, a timely word level strew, a loving word may heal and bless. It is so sad to remind Ugandans that, once the head of crime preventer Blaise Kamugisha who is in the photo below, was heard openly saying in broad daylight that, he and his fellow henchmen can kill for the president! (https://twitter.com/mugisha82614563 )In countries where democracy thrives, Blaise Kamugisha would have been arrested, to be charged for uttering careless and cruel words. But it surprises that up today, Ugandan security has ever mentioned arresting that used Idiot (Blaise Kamugisha). The question is; People are arrested in Uganda for spreading hatred. When will Blaise Kamugisha be charged in a court of law?

It is so heartbreaking to mention that a number of educated Ugandans have held their brains for money which Museveni bribes to keep silent and nothing good can be heard from their brains to solve Uganda’s political dilemma.  Many of them are in high positions of responsibility but they cannot come out to talk about the way how the government violates Mr. Kakwenza’s rights and many other journalists. Let us have one voice and say to Museveni that enough is enough because it has become a normal thing in Museveni’s regime for Ugandan Journalists to Face physical danger and Psychological harm while executing their duties

Brothers and sisters, let us have one voice and say to Museveni that enough is enough because it has become a normal thing in devil Museveni’s regime for Ugandan Journalists to Face physical danger while doing their jobs.  A plethora of cases related to abuse and violations against journalists have always been documented but unfortunately, the government has not taken any serious measures to stop what Ugandans journalists go through. It is really so sad to see that, the government which would have to ensure the safety of journalists while on duty, has instead deliberately continued targeting journalists.

My fellow freedom fighters, we have to work hand in hand to create avenues geared to the protection of journalists and all other freedom fighters because both; Uganda Police and Military brutality against Journalists in Uganda are failing them to perform their work independently. Museveni has continuously ordered Ugandan security forces to harass as well as to attack journalists. That has caused the work of being a journalist in Uganda to become an unacceptably dangerous job in the country despite constitutional protections. It is so perplexing to witness in our motherland that even if journalists are clad in identifiable press jackets, the used idiot security officers have the powers to shoot aimlessly at them like a baboon armed with a loaded gun. I really wonder about the type of training security personnel in Uganda receive because what they do simply depicts that they are ignorant about the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights, which stipulates clearly in Article 9 that;

“Every individual shall have the right to receive information.”

Dear Mr. Kakwenza and all other freedom fighters, I wish to conclude this article, by urging you not to lose hope. Remember a journey of a thousand miles starts with one step. Fellow political activists, we have faced all kinds of humiliations both in and outside Uganda, it is therefore the time to consider the fact that we have to finish the journey of the revolution we started if we want to have a better Uganda for future generations to come.

When a screenshot of a Muhoozi tweet was shared on Social Media it was pretty clear to many it was fake. However, even some reputable websites claim it was deleted. Therefore we did an analysis.

The tweet says Kakwenza’s freedom of speech is also limited. Muhoozi has made quit a controversial and dumb tweets in the past, but never did the post anything that incriminates him. If Kakwenza is tortured, as we fear is happening, this tweet would internationally be regarded as admission he’s behind the arrest. To the contrary, the Museveni family has been very good in removing from internet any evidence that he has a drinking problem, that he is a womanizer, and that Janet Museveni is not his mother.

Facts

First all the facts, taken at January 1st 2022:

We did an advanced Twitter search with search terms: (to:mkainerugaba) until:2021-12-30 since:2021-12-28
On 29 December approximately 825 reply tweets to tweets by Muhoozi were posted. That day, Muhoozi retweetet his alleged mother Janet and some others, but we focus on the tweets which he composed himself.

• He tweeted 10.29 AM a Samuel Jackson quote, which got 218 replies in total, 265 retweets and 1795 likes.
• He tweeted 12.04 PM CET about his time in Sudan, which got 480 replies in total and 463 retweets and 2761 likes.
• He tweeted 2.02 PM CET about being a captain in Egypt, which got 212 replies in total and 289 retweets and 1801 likes.

Not all of these replies were on 29 December, some were later, so it’s likely the total exceeds 825. Furthermore there are replies to tweets that Muhoozi retweeted.

For the 3 tweets composed by Muhoozi that can be found on twitter.com, the retweets/replies ratio is approximately 1, the likes/retweets ratio in the range 6-9. This means there are 6 to 9 more likes than retweets.

According to the screenshot it is taken 12.29 PM, but it doesn’t specify a timezone. It has 83 retweets, 11 quote tweets and 415 likes.

The screenshot that we are analysing is tweeted at 1.19 PM by @CashNtulume. It replies to the Samuel Jackson tweet, which is suspicious. It doesn’t mention any deletion either.

Another screenshot is posted at 2.12 PM by @chief_amen. It replies to the Egypt tweet of 2.02 PM. The screenshot is of a post by Kampala lord mayor Erias Lukwago. This is the image shown above.

We also found a tweet at 1.27 PM by NRM fan Mbaho Joshua labeling the screenshot as fake. Joshua doesn’t mention were he found the screenshot.

We then looked at Facebook. At 1.05 PM CET Erias Lukwago posted the screenshot that later appeared on Twitter.
At 2.16 PM Abubakari reported the screenshot as fake, but many others also reported it. However, Erias kept the post online.

Analysis & conclusion:

We conclude that the screenshot is fake for the following reasons:

1. The screenshot shows 83 retweets. Since the normal retweets/replies ratio is 1 we should expect to have some 80 replies. Based on statistics, the change of having 0 replies is 0%. When a tweet is deleted, the replies are not deleted. However, we have not found ANY replies to a deleted tweet by Muhoozi. These tweets would have shown ‘This tweet was deleted by the tweet author’.
2. The Facebook post by Erias Lukwago was made at 1.05 PM. Many reactions were posted even before the first tweet mentioned the bad tweet by Muhoozi or a screenshot. If the tweet had really been online, it would have started to distribute through Twitter before it came to Facebook.
3. The message of the Tweet does not fit with the tweeting style of Muhoozi.
4. Fake tweets of Muhoozi have been published before. See below

When on January 14th there were over 400 polling stations with 100% voter turnout,

when there were dozens of videos showing ballot box stuffing and hundreds of statements and affidavits detailing the fraud,

when there were hundreds of fraudulent DoRs (declaration of results) and when you tweeted one of them, you were exposed by international exports,

and the Electoral Commission ignored complaints about this, you thought the Electoral Commission couldn’t show to be more corrupted and more evil,

YOU WERE WRONG

In the Kayunga by-election of 16 December 2021 the maire (LC5) was to be re-elected after the previous LC5 was found hanging under a tree under suspicious circumstances.

The Museveni government has shown enormous interest in winning back this seat that they lost on 14 January in a landslide victory for National Unity Platform candidate Ffefeka Sserubogo.

The run-up to the elections was marred with incidents.

* Opposition leader Bobi Wine was put under illegal house arrest to prevent him from campaigning in Kayunga. Dictator Museveni did go to Kayunga to campaign.

* NUP candidate Harriet Nakweede was seriously injured on her head while campaigning. Bobi Wine tweeted:

* 4 opposition MPs, and many other high profile opposition leaders have been detained.

* Opposition leader Zaake was seriously beaten up and taken to hospital.

There were some positive differences with the 14 January elections; the internet was not shutdown and the videos referenced above quickly distributed through Facebook, Whatsapp & Twitter.

The polling stations closed at 4 pm and quickly after the first results came, looking good for NUP candidate Harriet Nakweede. Just after midnight, National Unity Platform claimed a win, saying they had counted 35212 votes for Nakweede versus 20611 votes for Muwonge.

The next day, in the morning, Ugandans were unhappily surprised to hear the Electoral Commission make a totally different announcement.

Interestingly the number of votes for Mussi (470) is almost the same at the NUP tally (468), suggesting the NUP tally is a serious tally.

Later that day Bobi Wine published on Facebook the DoRs that NUP agents received and were the basis of the NUP tally using the hashtag #kayungafraud https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=482155459936930&id=100044274407692

The UVote team also wanted to draw their own conclusions, took the Bobi Wine DoRs and tallied them into a Google Spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ICb02Svls0LLkr2WSkhObzZk_Q4zkwA1Qp7V6vENmvg/edit#gid=0

The UVote team tally coincides very much with the NUP tally, and through the Google Spreadsheet above it is easily checked how their tally matches with the Declaration of Results forms.

The difference with the Electoral Commission is not small. In the NUP & UVote tally, Nakweede has over 60% of the votes. In the Electoral Commission count she loses. This is not a mistake, this is not fraud at couple of polling stations, this is clear fraud at the district level and it can only have been approved or likely even ordered by the State House of Museveni.

In the 14 January elections the Museveni government took DoR forms very seriously. They hunted for NUP staff bringing the DoRs to Kampala and confiscated them. As a result, NUP had a very incomplete set of DoRs. Frauds with DoRs (excluding ballot box stuffing) after the DoRs were signed was limited to some 100 occurences, less than 1% of polling stations. To make their announcement tally, the Electoral Commission has to alter DoRs on a huge scale. They could choose not to publish the tally sheet and not publish the DoRs (as they did for the presidential elections), but that would be a silent admission of the fraud they committed.

Ugandans, why and how have we really accepted Rubasirwa Tibuhaburwa Yoseri Museveni, a man of a Rwandese origin, to rule us for more than three decades? No wonder that is why he has made our country a mess. The photo above shows Museveni when he was young in his country of birth. He is a perpetual liar the worst president Uganda has ever had in history. It is so sad to see Museveni a non-Ugandan now making decisions for Ugandans up to the extent of suggesting to implement “a flagrantly unconstitutional law engineered to prohibit Ugandans who live in the diaspora from calling themselves Ugandans. Museveni is the saddest curse any country can ever endure. Why have we allowed to be entangled in what I can term as the spider’s web of a blood-stained regime? It is time to remove the foreigner Museveni from power?  A devil Museveni, a real criminal that must face punitive laws. In fact, Museveni can be referred to as a useless creature that was given a lifeline by Ugandans when he and his mother Kokundeka fled for their life from Rwanda and now he treats Ugandan with so much contempt

Dear Ugandans, especially those who are not aware, get to know that, Museveni is a Tutsi of a Rwandese origin. Where do the Tutsi come from? The Tutsi form a subgroup of the Banyarwanda and the Burundi people, who reside primarily in Rwanda and Burundi, but also a few migrated illegally into Uganda and Tanzania. So, Ugandans should know that Museveni was born in the northern part of Rwanda. His real names are; Yoseri Rutabasirwa.  During the Hutu revolution that overthrew the minority Tutsi dominion out of Rwanda, Museveni, his mother (Esteri Kokundeka) and his father (Kayibanda) left Rwanda and entered western Uganda as refugees. They were warmly welcomed and also satisfactory fed by Ugandans. Museveni and his parents first settled in Tanzania for a while but later, penetrated and entered Uganda illegally and finally settled in Ankole, where Museveni’s father Kayibanda got a job as a cattle keeper, looking after Kaguta’s cows. Kayibanda, the then Cattle keeper (Museveni’s real father, made the mistake of falling in love with Kaguta’s wife who was his boos.  Kaguta got very annoyed and in fear of what Kayibanda had done, he fled Uganda with Kaguta’s wife leaving his real wife Kokundeka behind, who surprisingly later become Kaguta’s wife. It was like an exchange of women.

Fellow Ugandans, it is actually good to also know that, Amos Kaguta was a Rwandese like Kokundeka. But for him, he had settled in Uganda earlier and he was a well-established Rwandese in Uganda. That is why he even owned cattle. So, Madam Kokundeka made love with Amos Kaguta and got pregnant. She produced a baby girl who was named Kajubiri violet. Amos Kaguta Museveni eventually became Museveni’s stepfather. That explains why, the current Museveni is called Museveni but, that was NOT his real name. Since Museveni’s mother, Kokundeka was a flirty or a temptress woman, she also ended up producing Museveni’s stepbrother Caleb Akandhanaho Salim Saleh in a Somali man.

Ugandans were very generous to Museveni. He studied at the expense of Uganda’s taxpayers’ money. He attended Kyamate Primary School, Marana High School, and Ntare secondary school and also got a chance of joining Dar es Salaam University in Tanzania.  It is said that while at University, he studied economics and political science. Museveni became a Marxist, involving himself in radical Pan-African politics. When he was at the university, he formed the University Students’ African Revolutionary Front activist group and led a student delegation to FRELIMO territory in Mozambique, where he received guerrilla training. Fellow Ugandans, at this juncture, it is good to note that, all that Museveni was doing clearly depict that, he had his ulterior motives. This is indeed evidenced by the fact that after his studies, Museveni came back to Uganda to start his political career struggles. Unexpectedly, after being successful, he forgot all about Ugandans’ generosity but instead, just turned the barrels of the gun against the people who received him, with his parents as refugees on humanitarian grounds. It is really a shame.

Dear fellow country mates, we very well know that Museveni took power with the help of the mighty of a gun in 1986. That was of course through violence and Uganda lost a great number of innocent citizens. After seizing power, the Rwandese origin man claimed himself as a Ugandan citizen from Ankole (Western Uganda), and many Ugandans by then, our grandfathers and grandmothers plus our parents, who were ignorant about Museveni’s origin believed his lies. What marveled the nation was that, much as he declared himself as a Ugandan from the western part of Uganda, he never restored the Ankole Kingdom! Dear Ugandans, are you seeing who Museveni is? Why wouldn’t he really be in a position to restore the Ankole Kingdom in his birthplace? Do you realize that, even in regions where kingdoms were restored, was based on Museveni’s hidden political ambitions but the reality is; those kingdoms have no meaning at all. Ugandans, what are we really waiting for, to get rid of Museveni who imposed himself on us? The truth of the matter is that he was born in Rwanda. Therefore, he does not even merit to run for the presidency according to the Ugandan constitution. Dear brothers and sisters, that explains why in 1995 Museveni even changed our constitution, for the Rwandese to be recognized as a tribe in Uganda, with the intention of leveling grounds for them to infiltrate Ugandan politics, under the umbrella of calling those Rwandese, Banyankole since most of them speak fluent Lunkyankole. That is a pity for our country. Having said all that, I have to be very clear by emphasizing that, I am not tribalistic at all but what I am saying is a fact which some people do not want to hear. In addition to the above, not all Rwandese are bad as some individuals wrongly generalize it.

Ugandans, we should know that Museveni is the very reason why Uganda is backward. He doesn’t even have the mandate to talk in front of Ugandans because he is NOT part of us. The good thing is pressure has now engulfed the Rwandese origin Museveni, and surely, his days are numbered. He Brutalizes Ugandans because, he is scared of the growing number of Ugandan youths, who are no longer interested in his stupid ideologies and a plethora of naked lies, The Rwandese man, who is ruling Ugandans illegally, now knows the boiling mood in which Ugandans are at the moment, which can be described as hostile. It is surprising that Museveni is still power-hungry and he is not ashamed of wanting to rule Uganda for life, despite the fact that, his government has had the highest level of abuse of human rights in history. Museveni has killed Ugandans in a very merciless manner for so many years. We have been subjected to all kinds of brutal acts in order to scare away political activists who would stand firm against the blood-stained regime. Ugandans, why should we be suppressed by Museveni and a few of his selected Rwandese? Let us fight as Ugandans, in order to seek peace, social and environmental justice in our country. Let us work together like ants, while they are in their colony. Those small insects are so cooperative. They perform different duties, often depending on their age. Younger ants work inside the nest, taking care of the queen and her brood. Older ones go outside to gather food and defend the nest against enemies. In other words, let us perform different duties, in the struggle of making Museveni and his Rwandese group go back to Rwanda

In conclusion, Museveni falsely claims to be coming from the western part of Uganda. But when he took power in 1986, he never even reinstated the Ankole Kingdom simply because he feared the Banyankole to reveal that he is not known in the Ankole region. What happens everyday in Uganda clearly shows that Museveni is a Rwandese who assumed power, to seek his own glory, on behalf of his fellow Rwandans, with whom they have altered Uganda’s identity in all sectors of life. Good enough the majority of Ugandan citizens now know who the devil Museveni is and that we are being ruled by a foreigner who does not have any interest in our country.

Any form of torture is the worst thing in life. It may be physical or psychological. I appeal to stepmothers to stop causing bodily harm, inflicting pain, or torturing children they find in their homes because they are innocent. How can you expect that child in the photo to stand the immense pain? The mere look at the deep cut in her private parts really depicts that she is in excruciating pain. It is really a pity to utter that, churches and mosques are full of hypocrites who do things contrary to godly teachings because mothers who torture non-biological children pretend to be God-fearing yet their hearts are as black as coal. It is not far to assert from the truth that the bloodstained Museveni’s government which is run on corruption, nepotism, and all sorts of wickedness has also failed to curb the ever-increasing child torture, murder, and sacrifice in Uganda.

I cannot imagine the brutality which is exercised on innocent children during their upbringing. Step-mothers do weird things beyond one’s imagination and which any intelligent human being will struggle to understand. The stepmothers run berserk and resort to using crueller actions on stepchildren making their lives a misery. This is witnessed by loads of abuses and physical aggression of regular beatings, burning them, pouring paraffin in their ears, cutting off their genitals as witnessed in the above photo, depriving them of food, and making them eat their faeces as well as drinking their urine which causes grievous body harm hence; the wicked stepmothers’ horrible acts put an end to what should have been a bright future of the innocent children.  In fact, such stepmothers need to inhabit a different world away from a civilized society.

I feel numb seeing stepmothers telling lies against stepchildren something that leads also fathers to unbelievably infringe pain on the children in the most brutal and violent way.  In fact, I feel both heartache and enormous hatred for that action and I do hate it with vengeance. Innocent children are subjected to any kind of torture for no apparent reason. That torture is spearheaded by the deep-rooted envy of the stepmothers who do not want to see non-biological children progressing in any way thus, devising means and ways to distort and ruin their future. The torture depends on age. When it comes to the youth, stepmothers may fear to openly confront them with uncontrollable anger because the youth can fight back. So, what the stepmother does is to divert everything good to her children with the intention of making the non-biological children fail in life. In other words, the stepmother can put a non-biological child in the worst possible circumstances to feel disillusioned, hopeless, and lonely. Sometimes, I even wonder why women leave their children behind after separating from their husbands. However, with intuition, I realize that certain things happen circumstantially.

As far as education is concerned, a stepmother will always want to make sure that, all her children go to very good boarding schools with the intention of making them run away from house chores, but such a thing is done with ignorance because the stepmother forgets that she will not be with her children for the rest of her life. When it comes to University education, it is the same story altogether. The stepmother will fight tooth and nail to see that the father pays university tuition first for her children without bothering whether stepchildrens’ tuition is also paid as that is none of her concern. The stepmothers forget that those innocent children have the potential to make a significant contribution to the future well-being of Uganda in particular and the world in general.

A number of stepmothers lack compassion and morality. They cannot think about the devastating effects caused on the lives of innocent children. In fact, no amount of words can ever explain the worst future created by such stepmothers who do not have a sense of purpose in their lives but rather just think about bedroom activities, the way how their beloved children can have the best future and making sure that the “bustards” can have the worst future. Some stepmothers bewitch children they find in their homes. I cannot imagine making someone’s child suffer for the whole of his/her life! In most cases, the stepchildren are both unaware of the stepmother’s jealousness and intentions but as time goes by as they grow, after accumulation of a number of events, they realize the wickedness of the stepmother. Dear stepmothers, do you think that, if you do such horrible things to stepchildren, your children can ever have total peace in life? That’s why people suffer without knowing that, they are paying for their parents’ past undesirable deeds.

Stepmothers have a tendency of prohibiting innocent children from getting into touch with their aunties and uncles because they have a wrong mentality that, once the children get into touch with them, they will bring witchcraft into the home. Surely, how can one live in harmony with a person of such an evil mentality?  A number of stepmothers detach fathers from their children. In fact, the children see their fathers as lions in their homes. Such children can adopt undesirable personalities like neuroticism which indicates anxiety. A highly anxious individual will always worry a lot; will also be both moody and highly depressed. In addition to the above, such individual will suffer from psychosomatic diseases which affect their entire lives. You also find that such individuals can adopt psychoticism personalities. In other words, they tend to be solitary and do not care about others. They are cruel, hostile, and aggressive and at times, hate themselves. But what brings all these? It is a lack of parental love between the children and the parents.

It is important to note that, the would-be parental love is reflected in both child harassment in the name of excessive torture and above all, abandonment. Dear Parents, you should know that the environment influences someone’s character based on the method by which the parents raise the child.  Let us know that while rearing a child, which is the way how someone acquires the mode of thinking and behaviour typical of his/her culture, socialization is mainly vital as the effect of the parent’s child relationship and his/her interaction with the child is paramount. After going through what it means with stepmother, they live both forever broken and torn hearts in the innocent children. It is hurting not to have memories of special moments a child is privileged to have with parents during upbringing. It is a very painful experience and a pity to lack those lovely moments which make a child being so special to a mother in the home during his/ her formative years. In the long run, this leads to extremely serious effects on one`s character and personal life.

Dear parents, let us not forget that childhood shapes adult years, especially personality. Let us note, therefore, torturing children based on the influence of wicked stepmothers, deprives of the country the would-be very important citizens in the struggle for development. I appeal to the fathers not to neglect their children because; they are a gift from God. However, I do not entirely blame fathers because, most stepmothers take control of the family in decision-making which comes as a result of using “African chemistry” that incapacitates the father from seeing the wrong deeds of the stepmother hence, believing in whatever she does at the expense of the suffering of the innocent children who are victims of circumstances.

It is so bad to see that the majority of stepmothers create hatred among children and in most cases, this has affected fathers to live a miserable life in their old age and even die asking why God is punishing them but, without knowing that they are paying for their irresponsibility of child torture and neglect in the past because some children are considered to be significant whereas others are insignificant. The insignificant ones who faced torture both physically and emotionally may hate their father for the rest of their lives hence, neglecting him too at the moment he needs their help. It may happen that, the children who were considered to be significant ones get spoilt due to their poor upbringing, and that the world is torturing them rendering them also incapacitated of helping their father. In order to avoid living a miserable life during old age, I want to advise the fathers that, it is worthwhile to treat all the children equally.

When parents die, there is always poor cooperation reflected in disunity among the divided children during their upbringing. Much as the children pretend to be united, as that is part of African hypocrisy still when they separate, they gather themselves in small groups, and there are certain things which Child A can tell Child B, but which Child A cannot tell Child C neither D. Whereas child C can tell certain things to D, but cannot tell anything to child A nor to child B. Who brings all these? It is the stepmothers who disunite the children completely and even detach them from their fathers as well as their relatives. That is why, you can find that Child C and D can feel at home with the relatives, whereas Child A and B cannot because they think that they are not liked by their relatives but the root cause is their mother who keeps on lying to them that, the relatives do not like her in their father’s home so do not like too, the children she produces. It may be true that they do not like her because of her bad manners based on the way she treats the children she found in the home but that does not mean that the relatives also hate her children for, they are innocent. I have observed that the witchcraft which stepmothers practice for countless reasons affects them too as well as their offspring. I have witnessed their marriages breaking up. Their daughters fail to settle in their marriages; whereas others fail completely to produce. Their sons get spoiled by alcohol and others die prematurely. It is as if they are paying for the wickedness of their mothers.

Looking at the other side of the coin, it is good to be objective and say that, there are also some stepchildren who are very bad at their stepmothers due to the invalid statements and unjustified words told to them by their mothers who split up from their fathers rendering the would-be good stepmothers very bad. Based on the above statement, not all stepmothers are bad. There are those who are genuinely good and raise up children they find in the homes as expected but those are really very few. Most of them pretend to be good with ulterior motives. One of them is to distort completely the future of the children they find in their homes.

It has come to my observation that, causing bodily harm, inflicting pain, or torturing innocent children by wicked stepmothers is a continuing growth of the problem in Uganda which is exacerbated by the useless Museveni’s government due to the fact that, the courts of law and judges do not perform their duties without the influence of the people in the government who protect criminals. I, therefore, appeal to the Ugandan government and other humanitarian organizations to do something more serious about this terrifying trend of torturing innocent children. I suggest that those stepmothers should be given punishments that they can bitterly regret. It should be done with coherent measures intended to curtail inhuman acts done on innocent children like the one in the photo above and many more which are not even known, investigated, or talked about.

In a nutshell, since children are innocent, I would love to appeal to stepmothers to distinguish between right and wrong and also not to see the children they find in homes as their enemies because the stepmothers who do not treat children they find in homes as enemies are greatly rewarded by those children after achieving success.

*Fred Lumbuye thanked everyone who helped him. He mentioned a few names, but couldn’t disclose some for safety reasons. Some people were attacked because of him, he indicated that there was a lot of misinformation, miscommunication and mistrust and he apologised for the inconveniences caused by his arrest and requested all those who may have fought against each other to apologise and pull together. Fred also said he will not attack anyone who betrayed / wronged him in anyway including those who were paid to hurt him because the problem is Museveni.

Fred reminded Oryem who was misguided by Museveni that Museveni was among those who killed his (Oryem’s) father and should not be given a chance to divide Ugandans.

*Peter Elweru, is responsible for the 100s of killings in Kasese 5 years ago, he should be careful, there is a plan for him to be assassinated, because he knows too much and may give evidence against Museveni in the ICC where he is wanted.

*Indeed the Chinese are taking over Entebbe airport. Museveni to to China!
Janet & Kuteesa went to China to sign the agreement without consulting the Ugandan parliament, which is against the Ugandan constitution. Janet instructed the Uganda National Examination Board to add Chinese to the curriculum of Uganda.

Since Ugandans voted for Kyagulanyi, Chinese must know that Ugandans will not pay their debt because the agreement China made was with an illegitimate government.Museveni is not Uganda’s president.

*People in Karamaja are being killed. Lumbuye showed a video recording showing people who were attacked in which we see UPDF soldiers stealing cows. They kill you and they take your cows; people from Karamoja are killed daily.

Fred ‘s arrest advertised the crimes carried out by Museveni’s government, a blessing in disguise. Museveni will pay for his crimes against humanity.

*EU countries, Britain and USA should stop supporting Museveni. Museveni spends a lot of money on spies internationally. There was a spy working for the UK Home office and many asylum cases were rejected because of his influence. There are some spies in the UK parliament who were given property (which was bought by Idi Amin); Winnie Byanyima spies for Museveni in UN; there are Spies in America etc who are poisoning opposition supporters to the Ugandan government.
These spies are paid money, gold,oil etc and this is why Museveni is still supported by the colonial masters. These international spies hold positions in various international institutions/ bodies and defend him.

*ADF is faked by Museveni and he even paid Al Jazeeri news to publish articles supporting his views/ claims and propaganda. The ADF leader is on Museveni’s pay roll. He is in Luzira prison during the day, but free at night.
Museveni sent the army to Congo last month without consulting parliament which is against the Ugandan constitution. Many Congolese have been killed in Eastern Congo.

Museveni has paid Al Jazeera news to promote his propaganda.
The recent bombings in Kampala were planned by the regime (ISO, CMI) under Museveni’s instructions. Museveni plan to go to Congo is to stage Muslims he has trained, wear NUP attire and berets, with NUP membership cards . The plan is to shoot them and use Aljazeera to publish the story and falsely implicate Kyagulanyi to be behind these atrocities. They will try to frame Kyagulanyi using Al Jazeera with the hope of tarnishing Kyagulanyi’s name globally.

Museveni controls Burundi, Rwanda, South Sudan, Congo, Central African Republic

Recommendation:

• Ugandans must unite and work towards removing the dictator ,Museveni the root cause of all the problems Ugandans are facing currently. Don’t allow yourselves to be bribed by Museveni and his family to hurt Ugandans.
• Kyagulanyi should change the diaspora leadership, quickly; the principal should listen to people’s problem . Some people pretend to be NUP but have been compromised and are paid by the NRM government, hence Kyagulanyi must reshuffle his team.

It is either pigs or idiots that are ruling Uganda. This is true without reasonable doubt that it is both; pigs and idiots who are in charge of the country. But it baffles me to always hear the words pigs and Idiots as one of Museveni’s preferred vocabularies he uses to address the Nation. It makes me really wonder whether he also includes himself among those pigs and idiots which have put Uganda in a disarray? A country that is not ruled by pigs and idiots plays an important part in shaping and nurturing not only its citizens but also the future growth and development of the country. But in a country like Uganda where the pigs and idiots have deviated from the path of our country which used to be based on honesty, responsibility, national unity, democracy, and human rights is now impossible to think about growth and development in Uganda. That is why Uganda is in a total mess coupled with inexplicable deplorable situations. 

Another question which I am not sure of is; whether Museveni refers to (PIGS) as People in Government security, him being the man on top of all security organs in Uganda, or he refers to the pigs in the photo above? I opine that he means both because indeed we have a number of pigs in Museveni’s government. Anyway. About the word idiots, I also don’t know if the Muvandume Museveni always refers to the Greeks’ theory which explains the three types of people on the planet earth; The idiots, the tribesmen, and the citizens. For more details about those three types of people, you may read the link at the end of this article. However, The Greeks propounded that using the word idiot, did not mean being mentally deficient but rather being self-centered and selfish. I would give respect to the proponents of the theory, and slightly give more information to the original definition of the well-endowed masters of content, by saying that, apart from an idiot being self-centered and selfish, he/ she is also of low intelligence. It should be noted that there are a lot of people in Museveni’s government who are of very low intelligence which is reflected in Uganda’s current situation because those idiots and pigs are just interested in killing Ugandans rather than planning for the country.

The people Museveni runs the government with, do and say things beyond one’s imagination and you wonder whether they are fit to be called human beings! In fact, most of them if not all, do not know the role they have to play in the government but their eyes and mind are fixated on only money and how they can continue making Museveni a life president so that they don’t lose their bread. Unless the pigs and idiots that are ruling us understand their role in Uganda, there will be no meaningful contribution towards the wellbeing of Ugandans and our country. The pigs and idiots cannot think of promoting projects that benefit every Ugandan citizen but instead will do their best to promote their families and friends in disregard of the citizens who pay taxes. Museveni’s government is full of pigs, idiots, and tribesmen. There is, therefore, a need to orient the tribesmen for them to change their perspective about our country. And for the idiots and pigs, they need a lot of training and constant enforcing of the law to become better citizens. It is a shame for the international community to keep silent when Museveni with his pigs and idiots kill Ugandans like it was in Europe when Hitler and his Nazi Germans committed atrocities on the Jewish people in Europe. In fact, credit should be given to the younger man his Excellency Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu for the tenacity and resilience he has exhibited under the brutal attacks of both; Museveni’s pigs and idiots something intended of course to silent the president-elect.

Dear Ugandans, we have faced all levels of humiliations, inside and outside Uganda, but my question is? Why should we succumb to such humiliations? Let us come together and say to the pigs and idiots that, enough is enough. We are being humiliated because the pigs and idiots possess the might of a gun as well as our Ugandan wealth. Therefore, in order to stop such injustice and humiliations, we have to put our heads together and get rid of the pigs and idiots. It is Outrageous to see that, there is no genuine democracy and human rights in our country. In this era of political extremism, the courts of law would be Uganda’s last line of defense for our rights and freedom. But, to our dismay, the head of pigs and idiots filled all the courts of law, with his breed in order to oppose transparent and productive human rights. It is evident that the pigs and idiots are not aware of the fact that; we Ugandans are the stakeholders of our country. The head prefect of the farm, Museveni, always arrogantly keeps on referring to Ugandan resources, as his own property. He is on record saying “my oil, my Gold, my army to cite but a few examples, yet the Army is called; Uganda Peoples’ Defense (UPDF). The pigs’ head boy (Sabavandume) has to know that, we Ugandans are not his subjects, to make us not have our constitutional rights. He, as the leader of the pigs and his idiots, should know that we are Ugandan citizens, who deserve our full rights in our God-given country.

Fellow countrymates, it is vital to sacrifice time to come together as Ugandans to devise means and ways with the intention of stopping the ruling pigs and idiots from continuing messing up Uganda. I want to be clear to you patriots that there is no better way to do it other than uniting as Ugandans irrespective of our tribes, gender, color, religion, sex orientations…It is time to deal with the pigs and idiots to prevent them from helping their master to advance his plans and ideologies of Rwandese supremacists a plan which is in line with annexing Uganda to Rwanda.

In conclusion, I would love to greatly thank Ugandans in the diaspora on one hand, and also those at home on the other, for exposing the atrocities Museveni’s pigs and idiots have committed in Uganda. Nevertheless, I would kindly like to beg the American government, Britain, Israel, China, and some EU countries, to completely stop working with the pigs and idiots that are ruling Uganda. Failure to do so will depict that you do not mind about the lives of innocent Ugandans who are dying like insects under the hands of Murderer Museveni.

Uganda today is in the worst state compared to the past regimes. Ugandans are going through Social-Political stress well planned by Museveni and implemented through government active hostile plans, intended to make indigenous Ugandans succumb to Museveni’s nefarious political chicanery. This has come as a result of the fact that Ugandans are no longer agreeing with the ruling government because Ugandan citizens are demanding Robert Kyagulanyi’s victory. The situation in Uganda is traumatizing. It is so sad to witness a plethora of atrocities being committed on innocent Ugandans, as if those committing the atrocities are the ones who created Ugandans, they are killing everyday. When will such horrible acts stop, which always happens due to Rwandese greed and wickedness! In fact, I feel uncontrollable blind rage about those savage, ferocious, violent… Rwandese deeds in our country.

I can emphatically and boldly say that it is the regime carrying out the bombings in Uganda to frame up ADF in the first place, and secondly the opposition NUP party. Why I am saying that? It is because Museveni wants to have excuses to solicit support from abroad to keep killing Ugandans. More to that, it is the regime that has access to such weapons which are used to kill the people. In fact, it is very annoying to see countless soldiers and policemen and women, always walking around the city and across the country in every corner. So, one wonders their purpose of being outside their barracks, if they cannot prevent the bomb blasts. Furthermore, it is the dictator, devil Museveni who is in charge of Militia groups that are distorting peace in Uganda. Don’t forget that, that devil once said, “I am the master of violence”. Therefore, he does exactly what he says in order to justify his bogus utterances.  All the deliberate killings; Bijambiyas, (machetes/ Pangas,) bomb blasts in Uganda that are happening now are diversions to make NUP members forget to demand President Kyagulany’s victory and above all, to scare Ugandans to make them think that without Museveni Uganda cannot exist. Which is wrong. Can you Imagine, the fools who are ruling us keep on talking stupidly and arrogantly that “Police have the right to shoot and kill you” Those words were said by, Elly Tumwine during the poorly organized fraudulent violent elections which were held on 14 January 2021. Then, the devil, ruling us(Museveni) swore to finish off Bob wine’s group and Baganda “I will kill and finish all Kyagulanyi’s group and Baganda”. Can you imagine, how unfair, stupid, unsympathetic, greedy, dangerous, bad, devilish… Museveni is? He denied Mr. Kyagulanyi the opportunity to rule the country after winning the elections, and he instead wants to kill and completely get rid of President Kyagulanyi’s supporters and the Baganda who helped him to assume power! Museveni is a disgrace to our country and the worst creature of Uganda’s misfortune. You should know Ugandans that, Col. Felix Abucha, who is one of the deputy leaders of Museveni’s Militia, was idiotically heard talking, displaying a complete lack of feeling for Ugandans “For us, we shoot to kill in the head and in the chest is our target” It was a shock to hear the would-be one of the respected and responsible mothers of Uganda, Justine Lumumba Kasule the current Secretary-General of the National Resistance Movement, doltishly uttering “The state will shoot you and also kill your children” What has become the Uganda of today? Do we really have leaders? Or the country is in the hands of pigs and Idiots? Now, if you hear the Ugandan leaders uttering such barbaric words, can you really deny that all the recent killings and the bombings in Uganda are planned by those pigs/Idiots in power?

Fellow Patriots, the more we keep quiet, mourn our dead and bury them, the bloodsuckers will think that it is normal to kill someone and walk away. Instead of the international community making Museveni accountable for his perpetual killings, they just let him be famous as their puppet, getting away with the killings he has been masterminding since the 70s. This is excruciating. We have to hold Museveni accountable with his click of a few Rwandese plus his henchmen who pretend to be Ugandans. My brothers and sisters who are in the struggle, I want to encourage you never to Compromise with the devilish regime. Stay focused on the agenda of fighting for democracy and rule of law because Ugandans have suffered a lot. Therefore, it is time to get rid of Uganda’s problem who is the Rwandese, Museveni. All the deliberate killings; Bijambiyas, (machetes/ Pangas,) bomb blasts in Uganda that are happening now are diversions to make NUP members forget to demand President Kyagulany’s victory and above all, to scare Ugandans by making them think that without Museveni Uganda cannot exist.

I want to make it clear that, Museveni is a Vampire. I precisely call him a Vampire because; he has continuously done incredible, cruel, and evil acts on innocent Ugandans. That monstrous Museveni has done that outrageous evil of killing Ugandans for over a period of 42 years, altogether if one adds the years he spent in the bush, claiming to be fighting Amin and Obote who were killing Ugandans, yet he was the cause of the killings because, he, himself was the one killing Ugandans, in disguise of the then ruling presidents, whom he wanted to tarnish the image of their governments. Indeed, Museveni has done his barbaric actions for a very long period of time, through his henchmen; mostly those of Rwandese origin who are uncivilized, violent, wicked, savage, sadist the list is endless.  The Bavandume who are ruling our country with an iron hand have forgotten that Ugandans are more important than the silly, shaking regime they are protecting, which has deprived the citizens of their democracy. But the fact is their days are numbered although they keep on intimidating everyone. It is so sad to see that whenever Ugandans try to promote the struggle, the always scared government, just pulls out guns and any other explosives to prevent citizens from demanding freedom. It is, therefore, up to us Ugandans not to continue acting cowardly even if the current regime uses arrogance, intimidation, and brutal acts like the ongoing bomb blasts in the country

It is time to rise up to have our country back, into our hands, or else we shall continue cursing day and night. I have been hearing a number of Ugandans, wondering why the international community, does not intervene in our struggle! I can assure you that, if we, Ugandans do not take the initiative in the struggle, no one is going to come to our rescue. Stop thinking in the international community. Fellow Ugandans, you should know that some countries that make up the international community, you are counting on to help us put an end to Museveni’s governance, have publically depicted rare and unforgettable hypocrisy because they instead, give him aid to continue terrorizing Ugandans for their own interests. It is the time to feel infuriated, and close Bavandume’s chapter in Uganda. We are being ruled by those monstrous creatures that do not have any vision for Ugandans. Those Vampires use some narrow-minded people, to fulfill their goals and aims. As you see the situation in Uganda, Museveni is preparing his son to also rule Uganda! My countrymates, get to know that, the offspring of a snake is a snake, what do you expect Muhoozi to do, when he assumes power? He might even be worse than his father.

Conclusively, Museveni must stop fooling Ugandans about the ongoing horror bomb attacks in the country, which he links to the innocent Muslim clerics, al Shabaab, and ADF. What about the atrocities which are being committed in broad daylight? Who is responsible for them? Should we also say, that it is ADF, Muslim clericals, and al Shabaab? Ugandans the following have to be held responsible for the ongoing atrocities in Uganda instead of ADF, Muslim clericals, and al Shabaab. These are; devil Museveni, Mugisha Muntu, Elly Tumwine, Tinyefunza, Jim Muhwezi, Kalekyezi Kayihura, Amama Mbabazi, Henry Tumukunde, Muhoozi Kainerugaba, Kizza Besigye…. It is a long list and surely Ugandans know all those individuals who have always worked in close collaboration with Museveni to fulfill his dangerous political ideologies. The 50 years Hima-Tutsi Master plan is at the forefront.
